Abstract

This project reconstructs the Heart Sutra as a cognitive–affective algorithm (色–心–空–相–觀), reframing it from a doctrinal text into an operational model of suffering and liberation. It further proposes a five-step intervention framework (HMT) that translates the sutra’s structure into a reproducible cognitive process.
