Abstract

This scoping review aims to provide an overview of the published peer-reviewed literature on sleep and cancer in older adults. Specifically, it seeks to identify studies interested in sleep as a cancer risk factor or of poor cancer outcomes, and sleep pattern in older adults diagnosed with cancer among others, the ultimate goal being to identify research gaps in that field. This includes published, peer-reviewed quantitative (including randomised clinical trials), qualitative or mixed-methods design, literature reviews of any kind, except narrative review.
