Climate scepticism in Brazil
Abstract
This repository contains the script for a study on the main varieties of climate scepticism and its demographic and ideological antecedents, using data from ITS Rio (2020-2022), a nationally representative survey carried out with a sample of Brazilian adult population (sample size: 2,600 respondents per wave). Weighted logistic regression models identify sociodemographic, ideological, and attitudinal predictors of each skepticism type. Additional mediation analysis accounts for the indirect effects through environmental concern.
