Abstract

A foundational framework for the 25,920 Hex-Matrix, a lossless temporal standard designed for interplanetary navigation and geodetic synchronization. This project details the mathematical derivation of the "Hex-Unit" (3.3242s) and its application in the Hopkins Phase Cell (v1.0) to resolve "Phase Torsion" (Temporal Deficit).
