Models of Care for People with Chronic Kidney Disease on Haemodialysis: a scoping review protocol
Abstract
In the demanding context of renal care, it is essential to adopt a truly person-centred approach to care. This perspective presupposes the development of therapeutic relationships based on respect, empathy, and appreciation of the experience of people with chronic kidney disease, ensuring that health interventions recognise and integrate their values, cultural beliefs, and the inherent dignity of everyone.
