Default-Settlement Theory: A Structural Framework of Order Locking and Transformation (违约结算理论:秩序锁定与转换机制)
Abstract
This project presents the foundational theoretical framework of Default-Settlement Theory. The framework reconceptualizes social order as the structural capacity to stably settle critical default events. It introduces Default-Settlement Capacity (DSC) as an operational criterion at the operational layer and develops a structural model linking trigger stability, pathway continuity, and result-range convergence. The theory further analyzes mechanisms of locking, erosion, settlement-authority competition (Ω), and re-locking, and proposes a Load–Throughput–Backlog model to explain structural pressure and capacity limits. This working paper serves as Version 1.1 of the theoretical framework and establishes the formal structure for future refinement and empirical applications.
