Mapping of existing One Health modules in population-based studies: A Scoping Review Protocol
Abstract
Within our scoping review we want to map existing One Health studies and modules, i.e. clinical examinations, questionnaires, biosampling approaches, interviews, to draw a picture of the current state of population-based research related to One Health. These results will be then combined with findings of group discussions and interviews with One Health stakeholders according to Mazet et al. (2014) to develope a framework for One Health cohort research in German speaking countries. Our expected outcomes are that One Health related modules can indeed be identified in current longitudinal research, but that interactions between human, animals and ecosystems and trans- as well as intradisciplinarity is limited.
