Abstract

This study aims to determine which baseline biomarker modalities (plasma p-tau217, MEG network slowing, structural atrophy, and sleep fragmentation) independently predict the rate of cognitive decline over 11 years in cognitively unimpaired older adults at genetic risk for Alzheimer's disease. Using the PREVENT-AD open dataset (N=97, 836 observations), we will employ Linear Mixed-Effects Models (LMM) to test confirmatory hypotheses regarding the independent prognostic value of p-tau217 and MEG slowing, and cross-sectional moderation by sleep disturbance.
