Evolution of Nanomaterials Human Health Risk Assessment Models: A Systematic Review.
Abstract
This project presents a systematic review of human-health risk assessment (HRA) models developed for engineered nanomaterials (ENMs) over the past two decades. The primary purpose is to map the methodological evolution of nanomaterial HRA approaches, from early qualitative and semi-quantitative screening frameworks to more recent data-driven, probabilistic, and mechanistically informed models incorporating computational toxicology, machine learning, and toxicokinetic modeling.
