Abstract

This secondary analysis of data collected from a time-restricted eating (TRE) intervention study examines the impact of TRE on meal and snack consumption among emerging adult women. Additionally, macronutrient composition of intake before and during TRE will be investigated. Finally, both mean and snack consumption and macronutrient composition of intake will be assessed following a no-treatment follow up.
