Abstract

The purpose of this scoping review is to systematically map and synthesize existing literature regarding strategies for exercise dose progression in CR programs. Specifically, it seeks to identify and characterize common approaches to exercise progression, examine how these strategies vary across cardiac clinical conditions, program settings, and patient populations, and highlight knowledge gaps to inform future research and clinical practice in cardiac rehabilitation.
