Abstract

This scoping review protocol aims to systematically map existing evidence on post-occupancy evaluation (POE) practices in hospitals operating under crisis conditions and/or chronic resource constraints. The review will identify knowledge gaps and inform the development of context-appropriate evaluation frameworks for healthcare facilities in challenging environments.
