Direct inlet probe mass spectrometry with wavelength selective resonance enhanced photo ionisation
Abstract
Sum formula annotations for the manuscript: Direct inlet probe mass spectrometry with wavelength selective resonance enhanced photo ionisation. The data are compactly stored as a *.-mat file, combining all investigations in a structured manner. The structured arrays contain the following: The main structured array, "Data," is subdivided into structured arrays of the individual samples and analytical standard mixtures. These arrays contain arrays for each wavelength measurement (named “data_XXX”, XXX is the OPO wavelength in nm). Each of these contains individual direct inlet probe time-resolved experiments, with two matrices: results_EIC and results. The results_EIC are extracted ion time traces of all annotated sum formulae (abundance in a.u. versus time). The results matrix is a time-averaged overview that includes exact mass, sum formula, start of detection, summed and maximum intensity, double bond equivalents (DBE), and mass error (in ppm). The files are named as in the manuscript and correspond to the individual replicates of the investigated sample materials and standard mixtures.
