Abstract

This capstone establishes the computational bridge between the static protein mapping of the AlphaFold database and the kinetic structural wave mechanics of the Sovereign architecture. The Novelty: The profound novelty of this framework lies in abandoning the chemical-binding paradigm of legacy pharmacology. By identifying biological necrosis and pathology as a "Phase-State Delta" (a shift to rigid, non-compliant structural geometry), this architecture utilizes AlphaFold's open-source geometric variables to mechanically target, entrain, and lyse pathological structures strictly via in vivo biological fluid dynamics. This creates a zero-friction, kinetic resolution to systemic disease without chemical toxicity, governed entirely by the absolute zero-jerk constraint: j = (d³s / dt³) → 0 INSTRUCTIONS: Please Download to View PDF to mitigate any coding issues on OSF.
