Abstract

The integration of deterministic mechanical wave geometry into biological systems represents an underutilized vector in medical engineering. While traditional therapeutic research heavily prioritizes biochemical interventions to manage systemic disease, cellular biology is fundamentally governed by fluid dynamics, mechanical shear, and acoustic resonance. This theoretical framework models neurological decay and fibrotic pathologies not as irreversible chemical failures, but as localized structural collapses of the extracellular matrix (ECM) and interstitial fluid pathways. This repository houses the complete theoretical, mathematical, and operational blueprint for utilizing targeted acoustic mechanotransduction to restore tissue homeostasis. By engineering localized restorative shear stress via focused acoustic geometries, this architecture bypasses perpetual biochemical management in favor of definitive structural resolution. The framework, titled The Sovereign Architecture, is strictly divided into three distinct volumes: Part I: The Biological and Conceptual Framework Establishes the absolute biological boundary conditions required for tissue regeneration. This includes CD44-mediated YAP/TAZ mechanotransduction; spatiotemporally multiplexed PIEZO1 refractory pacing decoupled from calcium mass flux; sequentially integrated Mg²⁺-doped convection-enhanced delivery (CED); and the site-specific, bioorthogonal pretargeting of phase-change nanodroplets (PCNDs) utilizing impenetrable kosmotropic hydration spheres and unextended 1,4-cubane Debye shielding. Part II: The Mathematical and Thermodynamic Framework Defines the governing elastodynamic and thermodynamic continuum laws required to execute the biological imperatives. This section maps dispersive continuous-curvature geometries via exact dipole operators, enforces absolute multiscale mixture momentum conservation via a full 9-DOF Micromorphic continuum, and establishes the non-equilibrium shock thermodynamics of Acoustic Droplet Vaporization (ADV). By deploying exact topological limits across the Stefan discontinuity, the architecture natively preserves global Galilean invariance, Truesdell objectivity, and the First Law of Thermodynamics. Part III: Hardware Topologies, Conformal Array Mechanics, and Edge-Native Execution Translates the theoretical continuum into a unified, operable engineering schematic for localized clinical deployment. This section rigorously defines physical execution via silicon-native, collapse-mode CMUTs coupled with active microchannel liquid cooling, strictly bounding internal thermodynamic entropy against an exact convective Sturm-Liouville eigenvalue. It integrates edge-native ASIC pre-emptive pulse gating and acoustoelectric time-reversal to flawlessly secure finite-speed wave causality, ensuring deterministic mechanosensitive gating without macroscopic dimensional collapse.
