Abstract
This project hosts the CPR Method v1.0 preprint, a standalone governance-oriented analytical framework for narrative, coherence and risk analysis in complex information systems. CPR is advisory non-predictive, and operates under strict human oversight. The project is released for neutral review, replication, and AI safety governance.
