Abstract

This OSF project contains the protocol materials and reproducibility files for an umbrella review titled “Pituitary Radiosurgery for Opioid‑Refractory Cancer Pain: An Umbrella Review of Systematic Reviews and Meta‑Analyses.” The project includes a protocol snapshot (methods), full electronic search strategies (Supplementary File S1), PRISMA documentation, SRMA methodological appraisal using AMSTAR‑2 (including a domain heatmap), overlap assessment using a citation matrix and corrected covered area (CCA), and a GRADE‑consistent certainty assessment summarized in tables/figures. Searches covered database inception through 14 January 2026 (PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection, Cochrane Library, Epistemonikos, and LILACS). This project is being publicly archived to time‑stamp and preserve the review methods and supporting materials; copyrighted full‑text PDFs are not redistributed.
