Pediatric IgA Vasculitis with Nephrotic Syndrome: A Systematic Review of Clinical Features, Histopathology, Outcomes, and Treatments
Abstract
This systematic review aims to synthesize current evidence on clinical, laboratory and histopathologic factors associated with nephrotic-range proteinuria in pediatric IgA Vasculitis (IgAV). The study will evaluate its impact on long-term renal outcomes (e.g., remission of proteinuria and progression to chronic kidney disease), with a particular focus on risk stratification at onset and the effectiveness of different therapeutic approaches.
