Abstract

This scoping review examines how climate-related stressors affect the health and wellbeing of residents living in low-income or subsidized housing in high-income countries. It will map existing evidence on exposures such as extreme heat, wildfire smoke, flooding, and their impacts on physical health, mental health, and overall wellbeing. The review aims to identify key patterns, evidence gaps, and priority areas to inform future research and equity-informed housing and climate adaptation responses.
