Abstract

This study examines whether burnout levels are associated with the proportion of time spent in different work environments and whether personality traits, specifically extraversion, influence this relationship. Participants will complete an online survey reporting the percentage of their time spent working remotely and in open office environments, along with perceived burnout and level of extraversion. The study seeks to contribute to understanding how both situational factors (work environment) and individual differences (personality traits) interact to shape occupational well-being.
