Abstract

This work examines the structural role of dark matter and dark energy in contemporary cosmological modeling through the combined framework of the Quantum Inertial Field Hypothesis (QIFH) and Structural Variance Control (SVC). Rather than disputing empirical observations, the study evaluates whether dark components are structurally required by the explanatory architecture of a theory. It argues that within QIFH, key cosmological and galactic phenomena can be accounted for without introducing additional dark sectors, indicating that their absence represents a structurally consistent outcome rather than a phenomenological omission. The contribution is methodological and foundational, focusing on explanatory necessity rather than ontological claims.
