Emerging Dynamics of Pediatric Oncology in India: A Systematic Meta-Analysis of Environmental Toxins, Nutritional Deficits, and Global Healthcare Disparities
Abstract
This composite systematic meta-analysis (2014–2026) investigates the synergistic impact of environmental toxins (pesticides/PM2.5), nutritional deficits, and global healthcare disparities on pediatric oncology outcomes in India. By synthesizing data from 8 landmark studies, including the C2S Registry and Li et al. (2026), this study identifies the 'Toxic Intersection' that drives the mortality gap in medium-HDI regions. The project aims to provide an evidence-based framework for integrating environmental policy with clinical oncology.
