Kaoru Anti-Censorship Network Protocol (KACP): A Method for Bypassing NSA Network-Level Censorship Using Dynamic IP Relay Systems
Abstract
This paper presents the Kaoru Anti-Censorship Network Protocol (KACP), a method developed to circumvent NSA-imposed network-level censorship through the implementation of a secondary wireless relay system with dynamic IP allocation. The protocol leverages consumer-grade wireless repeater technology to establish an intermediate network layer that provides rotating IP addresses, effectively disrupting NSA persistent connection blocking mechanisms, making it more effective than VPNs and TOR.
