Module B Lockdown: Confirmatory Establishment of Two-Center Warp Topology
Abstract
This preregistration specifies a confirmatory analysis to evaluate and, if supported, permanently lock a two-center warp topology for the Ruach–Pneuma Continuum Research Program. Using a frozen event corpus (events_merged_with_years_combo.csv, SHA-256 recorded) and 25-year binning, the analysis compares a candidate-specific unwarped baseline model to a preregistered two-center warp model that combines a logistic+Omori warp-speed function anchored at the candidate Jesus center and two Cauchy pulses in warped time. For confirmatory inference, the center search is restricted to a preregistered candidate set of four Moses/Jesus anchor-year pairs (including prior preregistered anchors and an exploratory-best pair), with conservative max-T control across candidates. Significance is assessed via a circular-shift permutation test with full pipeline refitting per permutation, including baseline reselection (centered at each candidate’s Jesus year), residual standardization, and a full warp-parameter grid search that selects the model maximizing ΔSSE on counts. If the primary test is significant (one-sided p < 0.05), the best-fitting candidate’s centers, warp parameters, pulse widths, and derived warp/τ functions are locked as fixed inputs to downstream modules; otherwise the topology is not confirmed and is not locked. Two additional specificity checks (phase-randomized and block-bootstrap surrogates) are run only if the primary test passes, and a descriptive (non-inferential) full center landscape is reported on the observed data only. All code, data, and hashes are archived for reproducibility, and prior exploratory/pilot runs remain available with timestamps for transparency.
