Abstract

In South Korea, advanced practice nurses (APNs) play a critical role in delivering complex and coordinated care across diverse healthcare settings, yet the experiences of those directly involved in APN‑provided care have not been comprehensively synthesized in the literature. Therefore, this study aims to conduct an integrative review of domestic and international studies that describe the experiences of patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with care provided by APNs. By systematically identifying and integrating these findings, the review seeks to clarify how APN‑provided care is perceived and lived by key stakeholders and to inform strategies for optimizing APN roles, improving care quality, and guiding future research and policy development.
