Abstract

1. Research Objective: The aim is to examine whether personalized positive suggestions based on astrological signs can help college students, who highly identify with this culture, reduce exam anxiety. 2.Expected Results: The experimental group receiving astrological feedback will show a significantly greater reduction in exam anxiety levels compared to the control group receiving neutral feedback. 3.Core Method: A randomized controlled trial involving 68 college students will be conducted. After completing tasks related to exams, the experimental group will receive positive feedback related to their astrological sign, while the control group will receive neutral feedback. The effects will be evaluated by comparing changes in scores on the State-Trait and Self-Evaluated Test Anxiety Scales before the intervention, after the intervention, and at a one-week follow-up.
