Abstract

With use of survey data collected by UNSW, this paper aims to investigate the corrolations between stress levels, emotional dysregulation levels and whether they have any association with depressed moods in American Univeristy students. It is expected that Individuals who display a higher level of stress, will be more likely to display a greater level of emotional dysregulation, though higher levels of emotional dysregulation will not necessarily correlate with depressive symptoms.
