A Diaphragm-Led Breathing Apparatus for Metabolic Downregulation and Respiratory Coherence
Abstract
This project documents a passive breathing apparatus designed to support diaphragm-led ventilation and physiological downregulation without forced breathing control. The publication serves as a defensive disclosure to establish prior art and keep the described mechanisms openly available. The work is intended for non-medical exploration of respiratory regulation, autonomic balance, and baseline metabolic states.
