EFFECTS OF SOCIAL GROUPING RATIOS AND SPATIAL SEPARATION ON AVIAN STRESS RESPONSE
Abstract
This project explores how different group sizes and physical separation affect the behavior and stress levels of chickens. By carefully observing their feeding habits, vocalizations, and growth, I aimed to understand how social dynamics influence their well-being. It’s a simple but meaningful study that sheds light on how we can create better environments for animals in farms and research settings.
