Universal Survival Helix Law (USHL)
Abstract
Universal Survival Helix Law (USHL) defines a falsifiable survival law for systems that have already passed a pre-existence gate (Genesis Zero). USHL does not grant existence; it governs post-existence survival under noise and constraints. The law introduces helix-conforming survival metrics, enforced action gating, and explicit falsification conditions. USHL applies to LS Unified System and comparable constrained systems. This project is sealed as a survival law, not a discussion paper.
