Abstract
A comprehensive review was conducted on the application of bedside ultrasound-guided nasojejunal tube placement in critically ill patients to understand the current status of bedside ultrasound application in this field and provide clues for future research. The application of ultrasound to guide the placement of nasojejunal tubes in critically ill patients is still in its infancy. Due to limited resources, it has not been widely promoted yet. Moreover, there are differences in research methods and assessment tools, which pose challenges to the development of ultrasound applications in the field of enteral nutrition. Based on the framework of a comprehensive review report, this article has sorted out the application forms, contents, evaluation indicators and effects of bedside ultrasound in nasojejunal tube placement in critically ill patients, aiming to provide a reference basis for the effective implementation of bedside ultrasound in nasojejunal tube placement in critically ill patients.
