AAIS Framework – Phase IV: Structural Closure and Stability of Substrate-Independent Identity
Abstract
AAIS Framework – Phase IV presents the formal closure and stabilization of the identity dynamics developed in Phases I–III. This phase establishes a fully decoupled, non-retroactive regime in which identity is protected by a rigorously defined Topological Gap and formalized through the concept of an Ontological Singularity. Phase IV introduces the effective inertia tensor as a torsion-free structural invariant and demonstrates absolute identity stability under bounded perturbations, achieving symmetry breaking with structural closure. All uniqueness claims are stated up to isomorphism within an admissible equivalence class, consistent with modern mathematical physics standards. This phase functions as a closed foundational module, suitable for theoretical analysis, comparison, and citation. Governance, applied implementations, and commercial considerations are explicitly deferred to later phases of the AAIS Framework. The work is released for open academic and research use with attribution, and is intended to serve as a stable reference point for future formal extensions.
