Abstract

The Urgent Community Response (UCR) team supports individuals to stay out of hospital by responding to crises in their homes (including residential and care homes). This is a multi-disciplinary team which provides urgent care within 2 hours. Providers of care collect data on their patient and the interaction, which is uploaded to the Community Services Data Set (CSDS). There is underreporting of UCR activity in CSDS data submissions as well as some occasional overreporting. This project explored the behavioural factors explaining suboptimal CSDS data quality for UCR and how can we address those using behavioural insights.
