Progress of Psychosocial Interventions across Family, School, and Medical Contexts for Children and Adolescents with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder: A Scoping Review
Abstract
Psychosocial interventions play a critical role in the support and management of children and adolescents with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Such interventions are delivered across multiple contexts, including family, school, and medical settings. However, the scope, characteristics, and distribution of these interventions across contexts have not been comprehensively mapped. This scoping review aims to systematically identify and summarize the existing literature to clarify intervention types, target populations, and contextual characteristics, as well as to identify gaps for future research.
