Abstract

Chronotopic Metric Theory (CTMT) is a pre–geometric framework in which metric structure, causality, and effective physical laws emerge from coherence–preserving kernel transport constrained by information geometry. All physical structure is derived from a single invariant action scale S∗ and a rigidity condition enforcing coherence–redundancy stability.
