Abstract

The purpose of this scoping review of the literature published in the past decade is to investigate the key conceptual foundations underpinning existing intervention programmes designed to promote positive parental feeding practices within low-income households, with particular attention to the predominant types of interventions and approaches employed. A better understanding of the current interventions will be essential for advancing the field. This knowledge will help identify the strengths and limitations that need to be considered in developing and evaluating future interventions to promote positive parental feeding practices.
