Using a structured systematic review methodology guided by PRISMA standards, relevant studies will be collected from major scholarly databases, screened using predefined criteria, and synthesized to identify patterns, benefits, challenges and research gaps related to AI-enabled HR transformation. The purpose of the research is to bridge the gap between technological advancements in Human Resource Management and employee-centered organizational outcomes, while providing practical insights for HR practitioners and directions for future research.
