Abstract

The Anta-Rai Framework: Centered Spectral Stability and Harmonic Structure This paper introduces the Anta-Rai framework, a conceptual and mathematical model linking geometric decomposition, spectral theory, and systemic stability. It challenges the conventional paradigm of maximum efficiency by positing that structural resilience in complex and biological systems relies fundamentally on "structural slack"—a protected margin of internal degrees of freedom. Using a variational operator model based on the Hodge-Laplace operator on a torus, the framework defines a state of geometric admissibility and centered spectral stability. By drawing a structural analogy to the critical line of the Riemann zeta function, the model demonstrates how an isostatic core of topological freedom can be stabilized through a quadratic energetic penalty against parametric deviations. Ultimately, the Anta-Rai framework provides a rigorous mathematical vocabulary for understanding how complex systems maintain dynamic adaptability and coherence under perturbation.
