The Unified CCEC-DCOT Framework: Consciousness-Driven Cosmogenesis and Substrate Dynamics
Abstract
This research project presents a unified cosmological framework integrating the Cosmic Consciousness & Energy Cycle (CCEC) with the Dark Conscious Ocean Theory (DCOT). The framework proposes a "Substrate-First" model of reality, positing that the observable universe exists as a temporary, localized "bubble" of spacetime expanding within an infinite, non-local, and conscious substrate (the "Dark Ocean"). Core Theoretical Pillars: The CCEC Engine: Defines consciousness not as an emergent biological property, but as a fundamental physical force responsible for converting high-entropy potential (Chaos) into low-entropy structure (Order/Mass). Substrate Dynamics (DCOT): Identifies Dark Matter and Dark Energy as manifestations of the interaction between the expanding universe-bubble and the pressure of the surrounding Substrate. The Omega Cycle: Describes the recursive nature of cosmic evolution, where information and conscious experience are harvested at the point of universal collapse (Omega) and returned to the Substrate to inform the parameters of subsequent cycles. Information-Mass Equivalence: Incorporates the X3 Protocol, hypothesizing that structured information carries gravitational mass, providing a mechanism for the storage and transfer of memory across cosmic cycles. This framework aims to resolve the "Hard Problem" of consciousness and the "Missing Mass" problem of cosmology by treating them as two sides of the same information-processing mechanism.
