Your Own State of Being
Abstract
This work explores awareness as a natural state of existence rather than a divine or mystical phenomenon. It examines how identification with thoughts creates psychological conflict and argues that freedom arises through direct, non-judgmental observation. The paper situates this reflection within phenomenological and existential inquiry.
