Abstract

This repository houses the complete, multi-scalar architectural framework developed by The Sovereign Grant Foundation. The project transitions medical intervention away from legacy biochemical management, establishing a continuous-curvature mechanical and thermodynamic physics engine to control cellular behavior. The framework spans from sub-cellular quantum spin coupling to macroscopic Level 1 ortho-trauma surgical reconstruction. Below is the complete directory of the publications within this architecture. SECTION I: THE MASTER THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK The foundational physics, biology, and hardware topologies. - The Sovereign Architecture: A Theoretical Framework for Laminar Biological Engineering and Targeted Acoustic Mechanotransduction (Includes Parts I, II, & III) The foundational masterwork defining the continuous-curvature physics engine. It introduces the non-linear wave mechanics, fluid topologies, and hardware architectures (CMUT arrays, phase-change nanodroplets) required to govern macroscopic tissue behavior without biochemical dependency. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/J9R47 SECTION II: QUANTUM & MORPHOLOGICAL VECTORS The sub-cellular mechanisms governing structural homeostasis and genetic expression. - The Sovereign Architecture: Acoustic Mechanotransduction as a Theoretical Vector for Morphological Memory and Structural Homeostasis Explores how mechanical tension and continuous acoustic shear forces govern cellular morphology, dictating tissue homeostasis via downstream YAP/TAZ nuclear translocation and integrin clustering. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/FUY9W - Coherent Acoustic Phonon Fields and High-Dimensional Spin Coupling: A Quantum Mechanobiological Framework for Zero-Resistance Cellular Transport Defines the sub-cellular quantum thermodynamic bounds of the architecture. Maps the Hamiltonian mechanics of phonon entrainment and coherent acoustic drives required to override biological resistance. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/FKH2R SECTION III: EMPIRICAL VALIDATION & COMPUTATIONAL PROTOCOLS The digital twin and in-vitro testing parameters. - A Computational Protocol for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Verification of Targeted Acoustic Mechanotransduction The digital twin framework. Outlines the pre-surgical computational Navier-Cauchy elastodynamic modeling required to train edge-native AI for zero-latency acoustic phase correction in highly scattering media. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/YEJ6A - An In-Vitro Procedural Protocol for Hydrogel Validation of Acoustic Mechanotransduction The foundational wet-lab testing parameter to empirically validate acoustic mechanotransduction and non-linear wave propagation within strictly controlled elastoplastic hydrogel matrices. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/FPV8C - An In-Vitro Procedural Protocol for Hydrogel Validation of Targeted Tumor Softening and Mechanosensitive Apoptosis Adapts the baseline hydrogel protocol to model solid tumor desmoplasia, verifying the acoustic induction of mechanosensitive apoptosis and the mechanical depolymerization of malignant matrices. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/UNQVX - An In-Vitro Procedural Protocol for Microfluidic Validation of Targeted Biofilm Delamination and Mechanobactericidal Disruption Establishes microfluidic parameters for utilizing first-order Bessel-vortex beams and Darcy-Brinkman advection bounds to mechanically delaminate and eradicate multidrug-resistant bacterial biofilms. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/WC869 SECTION IV: MACROSCOPIC SURGICAL TRANSLATION The application of continuum mechanics to physical surgical environments. - The Sovereign Xenograft: Viscoelastic Depolymerization, Morphological Entrainment, and Plastic Surgical Integration for Severe Burn and Scar Regeneration A physics-driven surgical standard that transitions classical plastic surgery into exact continuum mechanics. It utilizes a zero-tension biological runway, Targeted Muscle Reinnervation (TMR), and edge-computed Acoustic Droplet Vaporization (ADV) to mechanically depolymerize severe thermal desmoplasia, complete with a translational addendum for immediate modular clinical deployment. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/AEZTJ - Protocol Blueprint: The Dual-Purpose Decellularized Nerve Allograft Runway A unified surgical architecture for peripheral nerve remediation utilizing an unconstrained decellularized scaffold. It mechanically resolves neuromas and phantom limb pain by grounding the biological circuit, simultaneously establishing a high-fidelity biological amplifier for bionic integration. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/AFE5J Please, download PDFs to mitigate any coding issues on OSF. Direct Inquiries To: Douglas J.
