A Universal Systems Constraint Framework for Human Decision-Making, Governance, and Artificial Intelligence
Abstract
Abstract Despite unprecedented advances in science and technology, human societies continue to experience recurring systemic failures, including environmental degradation, governance breakdown, economic instability, and widespread human suffering. Existing explanatory models—political, economic, moral, and ideological—have failed to prevent these outcomes. This paper proposes a universal systems constraint framework composed of six natural laws governing all functional systems, whether biological, social, technological, or artificial. Drawing from general systems theory, cybernetics, ecology, and complexity science, the paper demonstrates that persistent failure arises not from human intent or cultural difference, but from structural violations of universal system constraints. The framework further provides a foundation for education reform, governance validation, and artificial intelligence (AI) alignment.
