Vornorexant versus Lemborexant for Insomnia Disorder: A Network Meta-Analysis Perspective

Clinically meaningful differences regarding efficacy, tolerability, and safety outcomes between vornorexant and lemborexant in adults with insomnia disorder remain unclear. Therefore, a network meta-analysis will be conducted to compare vornorexant and lemborexant in terms of efficacy, tolerability, and safety outcomes in adults with insomnia disorder.
