Pedagogical Training of University Professors: Scoping Review Protocol on Training Gaps and Implications for Teaching Practice

Pedagogical training in higher education has been widely discussed in recent years, especially in light of structural transformations in universities, digitalization of teaching, and post-pandemic educational challenges. This project registers the protocol of a scoping review aimed at mapping pedagogical training gaps in university professors and analyzing their implications for teaching practice. The review follows JBI recommendations and PRISMA-ScR guidelines.
