Abstract

This systematic review evaluates the clinical performance, safety, and outcome determinants of 177Lu-PSMA-617 radioligand therapy in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The study synthesizes evidence across 35 human studies, integrating data on treatment response, toxicity, prognostic biomarkers, and extended-cycle or rechallenge strategies.
