Abstract

This scoping review serves as the primary technical and social framework for the Silver Sentinel (Eco-Edition) innovation. The study aims to map the intersection of sustainable medical hardware and geriatric mental resilience. Purpose: To identify existing evidence regarding the clinical reliability of salvaged/recycled biometric sensors (PPG/HRV) and the effectiveness of neuro-inclusive digital interfaces in mitigating geriatric isolation. Methods: Following JBI methodology and the PCC framework, we will systematically map literature across multidisciplinary databases (Engineering, Nursing, and Information Technology) to identify "Evidence Gaps" in the ASEAN silver economy. Expected Outcomes: Findings will directly inform the final 15% development phase of the Silver Sentinel Tech-Docking hub, ensuring the prototype is ethically grounded, clinically safe, and environmentally sustainable.
