Informational Modular Gravity (IMG)
Abstract
This paper formalizes the Frances-Moreno Theorem, a rigorous extension of Information Modular Gravity (IMG) that resolves the fundamental "death by conformity" paradox inherent in Roger Penrose’s Conformal Cyclic Cosmology (CCC). We demonstrate that the late-state transition of the universe cannot occur within a purely geometric framework; rather, it requires a Nodal Informational Lattice (NIL) to maintain causal continuity. We argue that Penrose’s model is incomplete due to a total lack of Informational Impedance ($Z$) and a violation of relativistic uniqueness caused by the mass-vanishing limit. By introducing the Kernel-MCCC (Phase Change Memory) architecture and the Persistence Tensor ($\Psi_{\mu\nu}$), we define the transition between aeons as a discrete Quantum "Snap"—a deterministic reconfiguration of the system rather than a singular geometric resurrection. Through the Frances-Moreno Transfer Operator ($\mathcal{F}_{M}$), we prove that the initial vacuum energy of a new eon is the mathematical decompression of the previous eon's metadata. We propose a Heterogeneous Anti-de Sitter (AdS) cosmos where fermionic localities act as high-impedance anchors for causality, while bosonic-conformal regions function as low-latency superconductors for aeonic information transfer. Finally, we present the Isomorphism Matrix, mapping the fundamental constants of physics—specifically the Fine-Structure Constant ($\alpha$) and the Gravitational Constant ($G$)—as logical requirements for system parity. This theorem provides a falsifiable framework for the "impossible" early galaxies detected by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), identifying them as pre-cached structures inherited via the Persistence Tensor.
