Association of reduced grid-cell-like representations and altered navigational behavior with tau pathology in preclinical AD
Abstract
We want to investigate grid-cell-like representations via two different navigational paradigms in the scanner with a preclinical AD cohort (patients with subjective cognitive decline). We will additionally run PET-CT scans to examine the tau-pathology in this cohort.
