Public Records and Consensus Among Initially Disjoint Observers
Abstract
Preprint version 1.0 of an author manuscript revised during peer review. The paper gives sufficient, access-relative conditions within standard quantum mechanics under which initially disjoint observers should agree when they later consult physical records. It distinguishes direct consultation of a single carrier from distributed consultation of correlated carriers, supplies disagreement and branch-dephasing bounds, and clarifies what ordinary record agreement does and does not establish in Extended Wigner's Friend scenarios. This is not the Version of Record.
