Abstract

Previous investigations have examined whether practicing motor skills under easy or difficult conditions leads to better motor learning. However, the findings are inconsistent, potentially due to the lack of consideration of learners' perceived challengingness. In this study, we will examine the magnitude of motor learning when participants practice a golf putting task under a subjectively easy (Easy group) or a subjectively difficult (Difficult group) condition.
